We do all the work for you! We will deliver, set up/style, tear down, pick up, and launder/disinfect all items for future use. We include the tent, air mattress, all linens (for hygiene purposes we DO NOT supply a pillow for sleeping), blanket, styling decor, tray light, globe string lights, light box, and bed tray. Each theme will vary slightly, please refer to the themes for actual accessories.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking via PayPal or Venmo. This will reserve your date and time. Final payment is expected no later than 7 days prior to your event date. A $100 refundable damage fee with be added to all invoices and will be due to final payment.

The overall width of the teepee with twin sized blowup mattress is 45" Wide and 75" long. We generally set up the tents next to each other or opposite of each other, depending on the space. We can arrange the teepees to make them fit properly for your space.

Set-up can take 1 to 2 hours depending on the size and add-ons for your event. We will be sure to leave plenty of time before your guests arrive. We will contact you the week prior to your event to schedule a set up time. All furniture, toys, etc should be cleared prior to our arrival so that there is an open space for party setup. Swanky Slumbers is not responsible for moving any furniture.
Take down takes around 45-60 minutes. Please be sure that personal belongings and trash are removed from the teepee area before we arrive for pick-up, we will take care of the rest!

We take sanitization and everyone’s health and safety very seriously. All linens are laundered in fragrance free, hypo-allergenic, antibacterial detergent after each use, regardless of whether they were slept on. Mattresses are protected by waterproof protectors and washed before and after each use. All materials are disinfected after each party.

We cater to all ages, however our events are best suited for ages 5 and up.

We request the use of an electrical outlet for us to inflate the air mattresses during setup. All of our globe string lights and lanterns are LED battery operated and do not require electrical outlets.

Our pillows are for decorative purposes only. Each guest will need to provide their own sleeping pillows for hygiene purposes.

We believe no slumber party is complete without late night snacks! We don’t want to spoil the fun, but we kindly request you treat our teepees and bedding as you would your own. Light snacks and clear drinks are fine inside the teepee area, but please avoid sticky and dark colored food and drinks that may stain or damage our fabrics. The party host will be responsible for the cost of cleaning fees and/or replacing any damaged items.

We deliver within 20 miles of Milton, GA. Anything outside of 20 miles will have an additional travel fee. Please contact us for details.

In the event of a cancellation, the client should notify Swanky Slumbers no later than 7 days prior to the planned date. Should the cancellation take place with less than 7 days, the deposit will not be returned. The deposit can be transferable to a different party date based on availability. Balloons, Personalized favors and custom add-ons will not be refunded.

Our tents are for indoor use only.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date & time and will be applied to your remaining balance. Final payment is due 7 days prior to your event. For bookings made less than 7 days prior to party date, full payment is required at booking. With the final payment, a refundable damage fee of $100 will also be collected. After the event and all Swanky Slumber property is inspected, the $100 damage fee will be returned. If damages exceed $100, we reserve the right to charge the total amount of damages.
We accept PayPal and Venmo as forms of payment.
Cancellations must be written via email to swankyslumbers@gmail.com at least 7 days prior to your event to receive a full refund. If made less than 7 days prior to your event, no refund will be given; however, you can apply those funds to a future party date. A future party date must be held within 60 days. Any personalized add-ons or custom party favors are non-refundable.
Delivery on the day of your event will take place between 10am and 4pm. The exact timing will be discussed when we receive full payment. The client is expected to be present at time of delivery & setup. If the client is not present, the event will be cancelled and funds will be forfeited with no refund.
Please clean and clear the area for set up of all furniture prior to our arrival time. Please do your best to keep pets out of the setup area during set up, event, and tear down. If the space is not cleared upon arrival, a late fee may occur. If area is cleaned and ready, set up should take no longer than 1-2 hours, depending on package. Client will sign off on all items left by Swanky Slumbers.
No jumping or climbing allowed on any items/equipment provided by Swanky Slumbers.
Swanky Slumbers will pick up all the items the following day between 9am and 12pm. Any balloons will be the responsibility of the Client.
The client is responsible for the care of the items & equipment during the party. Any damages or lost/stolen items will result in loss of your damage deposit and may incur additional replacement costs. The client is responsible for the cost of replacing any damaged items due to mistreatment during the rental period. If any item is damaged, stained, excessively dirty, or exposed to cigarette smoke, it will result in the loss of your full damage deposit.
No children age 2 or under should be on our beds or in the teepees at any time for safety. Prohibited items as described but not limited to animals such as dogs or cats in set up area, shoes, slime, fingernail polish, staining foods or drinks, make up, blood, etc. Any stains inside or outside the teepee or on any other items may result in partial or complete loss of damage deposit. Excessive cleaning needs as determined by Swanky Slumbers may result in loss of damage deposit. Please keep the tent set up environment clean and smoke-free.
Children must be supervised at all times by an adult (18) years or older during the rental period. Swanky Slumbers will not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss or damage to property however caused during your rental period. The client is responsible for any accidents that occur during the rental period. If you have any safety concerns regarding our equipment, please let us know prior to departure after set up so we can modify or remove items if needed.
Should you agree that Swanky Slumbers may photograph your event, Swanky Slumbers reserves the right to use photography taken at your event in any promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing. At no point will Swanky Slumbers disclose names, ages, addresses, or any personal information. However, we respect your privacy and you may request not to have all or part of your party photographed and we will respect that request.
